Admitting when you’re wrong is big on my list of “doing the right things” in life. And for the longest time, I thought that registering your domain more than one year at a time would have at least a tiny effect to one’s SEO. Fortunately, I never said it was a large factor, but I said it could help your SEO. Well, in the following video, it looks like Google officially says registering your domain more than a year away from expiration is NOT a factor.
