Google loses market share for the first time in months
As you can see from Comscore’s latest Search Engine market share metrics, Google’s lost .2% points to Bing and Oath (Yahoo) with each of its competitors gaining .1% each.
Overall Searches Grow in the United States
Searches have grown 2% month over month (July vs. June 2018) with Google.com, 3% with Bing and Yahoo respectively and grew 4% with the Ask Network. In terms of pure searches, searches grew to 11,744,000,000 a month on Google which is up 13% since February 2018 (10,352,000,000 searches a month).
